Include your device type, app version, what you were trying to do, and whether the issue happened with a photo scan, PDF, pasted text, review, Q&A, vault record, or reminder.
Before You Send A Document
Do not email sensitive documents unless support specifically asks for a redacted example. Screenshots with personal details removed are usually enough to diagnose layout or scanning issues.
Common Fixes
- For blurry camera scans, retake the photo with the whole page flat and in frame.
- For missing PDF text, try the original PDF instead of a screenshot of the PDF.
- For wrong document type, use the preview page to switch between Contract, Bill, and Terms / policy.
- For notifications, confirm device notification permission is enabled for AskFrank.
- To remove local records, open Profile and use Clear local vault data.
