Terms of Use

These terms explain how AskFrank should be used and the limits of the document assistance it provides.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Plain-English Assistance

AskFrank helps explain documents, bills, terms, dates, and clauses in everyday language. The app is meant to help you understand what to review, not to make decisions for you.

No Legal, Financial, Tax, Or Medical Advice

AskFrank is not a lawyer, law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, or medical billing advocate. AskFrank does not provide legal advice or guarantee outcomes. Important or sensitive documents should be reviewed by a qualified professional before you sign, pay, dispute, or rely on them.

AI Limits

AI can miss details, misunderstand unclear scans, produce incomplete answers, or flag something that is not a real problem. Always compare important answers with the original document.

Your Responsibility

You decide what to sign, pay, dispute, negotiate, save, or delete. You are responsible for verifying document details, deadlines, payment amounts, obligations, and legal consequences before taking action.

Acceptable Use

You may only upload or process documents you have the right to use with AskFrank. Do not use AskFrank to break the law, violate privacy rights, submit malicious content, or process documents on behalf of someone else without permission.

Local Records And Deletion

AskFrank can store local vault records and reminders on your device. You can delete individual documents or clear local vault data from Profile.

Changes

These terms may be updated when AskFrank changes its services, data handling, or legal requirements.
